Polskie Stowarzyszenie Protetykow Sluchu (PSPS) was established in target to maintain high proffesion and etheical levels of services toward hearing impaired persons.

Statute aims of PSPS are being accomplished by following forms of activity:

• cooperation with governmental agencies regarding legal regulations,
• definition of the requirements of the professionals providing hearing aid prosthetics,
• various levels of training for hearing aid specialists,
• informational and publishing activities,
• promotion of hearing protection measures,
• cooperation with similar national and foreign organizations

The Polish Association Of Audiologists (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Protetykow Sluchu) was established in 1996 as a formal representation of the hearing aid specialists (representatives of manufacturers and distributors of hearing aids), as well as private persons (dealing in their proffesions with hearing prosthetics) in Poland.
